SICBM International Conference on Rigor, Relevance, and Resilience in Business & Management Research
Thanks for your kind motivation and amazing “50th-anniversary SICBM International Conference on Rigor, Relevance, and Resilience in Business & Management Research” platform; several thousand more (~ 2000 on Feb 13th & 14th alone) more readers from all over the world going to read my book. Above all, I had the privilege to rub elbows with some key players in Academia, Business, and even in Government😊
The namesake of this paper (based on the book) comes from the 1980 Comedy film “The Gods Must Be Crazy,” in which an empty Coca-Cola bottle is dropped from a plane onto a community of African bushmen. The bottle has a gift from the gods, but after it ensues fighting among the villagers, the tribal leader decides to return it to the gods by journeying to the end of the world. Through my own metaphorical coke bottle, I can see the dawn of the new empire and enterprises in this disruptive era. This paper serves as a testament to restoring capitalism and enterprises before it is too late.
